Seed cycling is a naturopathic protocol for balancing hormones. It involves eating specific seeds (flax, pumpkin, sesame and sunflower seeds) during specific times throughout your menstrual cycle. It works by giving your body targeted nutrients that support hormonal balance naturally.

It takes on average 3 months to start seeing results (since it takes ~90 days for an egg to mature). That being said, some people have reported benefits in as little as 1 month, and some people have reported it took them 4-6 months until they got the results they wanted.

If you are no longer having a period, we recommend following the 28 day protocol starting Phase 1 on a new moon. You'd take Phase 1 bites for 14 days (till the full moon) then switch to Phase 2 bites for the next 14 days, then repeat!

Seed cycling is often recommended by naturopathic practitioners to support symptoms related to hormonal imbalances, such as irregular cycles, period pain, mood swings, and inflammation. The nutrients in our products, like zinc, lignans, and vitamin E, promote overall hormonal health and may help reduce your symptoms.

Although there is tons anecdotal evidence from women with all three of these conditions who have shared about how they've benefited from seed cycling, PCOS is the only condition of these three that has scientific studies on the use of seed cycling in treating it.

While our products support hormonal balance and can help boost progesterone levels (low progesterone is often a culprit) to increase the likelihood ovulation occurs, every fertility journey is unique.

We do not recommend seed cycling during pregnancy since it’s designed to support the rise and fall of estrogen and progesterone, a rhythm that occurs when you aren't pregnant.

You can enjoy our products at any time that works for you—there’s no need to stick to the same time each day.

While consistency provides the best results, our products can still support you even if you haven't been consistent. Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good! If you miss a day, just double up the next day!
