Two packs, Phase 1 & Phase 2
- Phase 1 Blends (~Day 1-14): Made with ground flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds (rich in lignans, omega-3s, zinc, and magnesium) to support healthy estrogen levels during the first half of your cycle.
- Phase 2 Blends (~Day 15-28): Made with ground sesame and sunflower seeds (rich in selenium, vitamin E, calcium, and lignans) to encourage optimal progesterone levels during the second half of your cycle.

How do subscriptions work? Can I really cancel anytime?
With a subscription, you get your Ovy order delivered to your doorstep every month in time for you to start your next cycle!
We recommend going with a subscription not only because you'll get 10% off, but also because seed cycling takes time to work! On average people see results within 3 cycles, though most people start seeing some progress within the first cycle.
And yes, you can cancel at anytime!
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Orders are processed within 5 days and delivery times are usually 1-2 days after shipped, through it may vary depending on your location. We are currently only shipping Canada-wide.
How does seed cycling work? What's the science?
Seed cycling works by leveraging specific nutrients in the seeds to influence estrogen and progesterone levels throughout the menstrual cycle.
Flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds, rich in lignans and zinc, can promote healthy estrogen metabolism during the follicular phase, while sesame and sunflower seeds, high in selenium and vitamin E, support progesterone production during the luteal phase.

How do I tailor to my cycle length / regularity?
If Your Cycle Is Less than 28 Days
If your cycle is between 25-28 days, we recommend taking the Phase 1 Blend for the first half of your cycle, and then switching to Phase 2 for the second half (ex. if your cycle was 26 days long, you'd take Phase 1 Blend for 13 days starting day 1 of your period and then switch Phase 2 Blend for 13 days and then repeat). This would leave you with some extra scoops if you want to double up some days and you can skip a month in your subscription if you accumulate enough extra over time.
If your cycle is less than 25 days, we recommend following the 28 day protocol to help your cycle shift towards this timing. You'd start Phase 1 on the first day of your period, then follow a 2 week rotation where you take Phase 1 for 14 days, then switch to Phase 2 for 14 days, then back to Phase 1 and so on....

If your Cycle is typically 28 days
Take the Phase 1 Blend from Day 1 (the first day of your period) until Day 14 of your cycle. Then switch to the Phase 2 Blend from Day 15 until Day 28 of your cycle. Then start Phase 1 again and repeat.
If your cycle is more than 28 days
If your cycle is more than 28 days, we recommend taking the Phase 1 Blend for the first half of your cycle, and then switching to Phase 2 for the second half (ex. if your cycle was 34 days long, you'd take Phase 1 Blend for 17 days starting day 1 of your period and then switch Phase 2 Blend for 17 days and then repeat). This would mean you'd need 34 bites instead of the 28 that one order contains - to have enough for your cycle you can purchase 2 instead of one and use the remainder in the following cycle (still comes out to the same cost per day). Or you can purchase Phase 1 and Phase 2 Bites in addition to one order of Blends to have enough for your full cycle.
If your cycle is more than 35 days, we recommend following the 28 day protocol to help your cycle shift towards this timing. You'd start Phase 1 on the first day of your period, then follow a 2 week rotation where you take Phase 1 for 14 days, then switch to Phase 2 for 14 days, then back to Phase 1 and so on....

If you don't have a regular period or no longer have a period
If you are no longer having a period, or have a irregular period that doesn't come at the same time each month or have a consistent length, we recommend following the 28 day protocol starting Phase 1 on a new moon. You'd take Phase 1 Blend for 14 days (till the full moon) then switch to Phase 2 Blend for the next 14 days, then repeat!
